Manufacturing Engineer
Contributed to the design and manufacturing of gyro stabilized gimbal systems including the CM123, CM202U, CM202G, and other CM202 configurations.
Created the design and manufacturing methods for the aluminum gimbal (CM202U and CM123) front and rear covers in a 3 axis mill, and later streamlined in a 5 axis mill.
Designed and manufactured custom gimbal sensor configurations for an auto industry leader.
Responsible for all outsourcing and in house machining of greater than 500 distinct components and parts.
Managed internal machine shop tooling, fixturing, and material inventory.
